This couch was extensively reupholstered top to bottom in the early 1990's and is still in very good condition. It fits in well with vintage and/or contemporary furnishings. It has been used very little in the last 15 years and is still in excellent condition showing very slight signs of wear, such as slight dings on the hardwood legs and some stains underneath the cushions. The reversible cushions have inner springs and have been covered in a rose, beige and light blue floral tapestry style upholstery. When we had the couch recovered, we remained as true as possible to the original upholstery. The original Kroehler Sterling Quality tag was re-applied when the couch was recovered. This is a unique piece which we have enjoyed for many years that unfortunately due to downsizing we no longer have room for.
